(Mike) Majid Zarinbaksh is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) candidate. He has over 30 years of business experience. Mike has brokered several businesses transactions with value over $1MM. Mr. Zarinbaksh has the special ability to bring Buyers and Sellers together in the shortest possible time frame. His past experiences include President/CEO of a multi unit retail business & CFO of BMW Company. He systemized cost accounting for one of the largest wine manufacturing companies. He worked as a CEO and President of two multi unit corporations. He taught in the Department of Finance and Business law, College of Business, at Marshall University. His experience and knowledge of M&A and main street transactions is outstanding. He is a member of M&A Source, (a professional association that provides continuing education and industry networking to M&A intermediaries), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and Mid Atlantic Business Intermediaries Association, MABIA. Mr. Zarinbaksh has a MBA in finance and a BA in cost accounting. Mike has designation of Senior Business Analyst (SBA), Machinery & Equipment Appraisal (MEA). Dr. Kass Nourishad graduated from University of Wisconsin in 1990. He holds a Certificate of Implantology from Lajolla Scripps Educational & Research Center, Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University and Bachelors of Science in Biology from University of Nevada with 15 years of experience in Dental Practice and Business management. After graduation he worked as an associate for a successful dental practice in California after which he open and now operates his own dental office. He is exceptionally knowledgeable of the professional practice and has published articles and given lectures on Dental office Management, Promotional and marketing techniques and successful dental office with low overhead.
